Fresh fish is popular all over the world
and there are hundreds of ways of adding spicy flavor; fish can be fired

made into a curry with aromatic warm spices and spiked with hot chili
powder. Steamed Fish with Chili Sauce is a delicious dish - the fish is
cooked to perfection, with all the moistness and flavor retained.
Chilies combine well with all kinds of
fish and seafood, poultry, meat, vegetables, salads, grains and pulses.
As well as being pleasurable to eat, they aid the digestion, are a
useful source of vitamins A and C, and are said to have a beneficial
claming effect - all of which seem excellent reasons to cook chili more
often !
