300g "Tiger prawns (shrimps), shelled and
deveined
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, cut into wedges (optional)

1/4 cup water
2 tsp seasoning
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp anchovy stock granules
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp cornflour, mixed with 1/4 cup
water
Method :
Heat 1 tbsp oil in saucepan and stir-fry
chilies for about a minute till fragrant. Drain and set aside. Reheat
remaining oil in saucepan, add shallots and ginger; stir-fry until lightly
brown. Add prawns and stir-fry for 2 minutes over high heat. Add green
pepper, onion and ingredients A. Fry for about 2 minutes until prawns and
vegetables are cooked. Return chilies and mix well. Thicken with cornflour
mixture. Toss well with prawns and vegetables.
