Grilled Mako with Orange Pepper Champagne Glaze Recipes
4 small mako shark steaks (2 to 4 ounces
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups Orange Pepper Champagne Glaze
well and pat dry. Rub with garlic and black pepper, and grill over hot
coals (or broil in oven) for about 7 minutes, or until tender and flaky.
While fish is cooking, heat glaze over low just until warmed through.
Remove fish to serving platter and drizzle with glaze. Serve hot. Hearty (and
hearty healthy) grilled mako shark steaks team up with an exotic pepper
glaze for a festive and nutritious meal. Serve with Almond rice with
Green Peas and a colorful array of steamed veggies .
