For the filling:
3 large potatoes, boiled and coarsely
mashed
3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/3 cup canned sweetcorn, drained
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp amchur (dry mango powder)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 green chilies, finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
2 tbsp mint leaves, chopped
juice of 1 lemon
salt, to taste
