Ingredients :
2 small cooked chicken breasts, diced
1 large apple, diced
90g sweet corn kernels
2 tbsp sultanas
1 tbsp toasted pine nuts
2 tbsp low fat yoghurt
1/2 tsp curry powder
Method :
Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl.
Chill salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Serve with hot baked potatoes in their jackets.
