350g beef rump or tenderloin fillet, cut
into strips
1/2 cup Thai chili sauce
1 tsp anchovy stock granules
1/2 tsp corn flour, mixed with 1/4 cup
water
1 cup basil leaves
Method :
Heat oil in a
saucepan and stir-fry ingredients A until onion is soft. Add beef and
stir-fry for 5 minutes on fairly high heat. Stir in Thai chili sauce and
anchovy stock granules; cook for 1 minute. Add corn flour mixture and
basil.
