Soy, Vinegar and Chili Dipping Sauce Recipes

Ingredients :

125ml light soy sauce

2 tsp Chinese black rice vinegar

2 red chilies, thinly sliced

Method :

Combine the soy sauce, vinegar and chili in a small bowl, then divide among individual dipping bowls. This dipping sauce goes well with Jiaozi or a dim sum such as har gau or tofu rolls.

Makes 3 liters
