onion, corn and milk in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Turn down
heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Pour into blender and buzz until
nearly smooth. Heat butter
in same saucepan. Add curry powder and cook gently 3 minutes, stirring.
Stir in corn mixture, cream, salt and pepper. Heat, stirring constantly.
Taste and add more seasoning if needed. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
