Combine
grated carrot, raisins, and scallions in a medium mixing bowl. Purée
tofu, sesame oil, cumin, nutmeg, pepper salt, and honey until very
smooth. Add tofu mixture to carrot mixture and blend well. Chill
thoroughly to allow flavors to blend.
