Heat 5 tbsp
oil and stir fry marinated beef for 2-3 minutes. Dish out and keep warm.
Reheat clean frying pan with 1 tablespoon oil. Sauté garlic until
fragrant. Add chilies and capsicums. Stir fry for another 10 seconds.
Add in beef,
sauce ingredients and stir fry over high heat. Once sauce has thickened
turn off heat and serve immediately.
