Heat the oil in a wok until almost
smoking. Add the minced beef and cook for 3
minutes, stirring all the time. Add the ginger, Chinese five spice
powder and chili. Cook for 1 minute. Add the mange tout, pepper and
carrot and cook for a further 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Add the bean sprouts and sesame
oil and cook for a final 2 minutes. Serve immediately with noodles.
