Ingredients :
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup light cream
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brandy
Stir sugar and cream together in a small saucepan until sugar is dissolved. Set over low heat. Add butter and cook until mixture comes to a boil, stirring often. Remove from heat, stir in brandy and serve hot.
Makes about 1 3/4 cups (430ml)
